Once a year, over three days, the restaurant becomes once more the place where sheep are shorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Through the large windows, our guests can have a nice view of the pens for sheep and horses, the big water tank and the windmill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align:center\">Our specialties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>The restaurant\u2019s specialty is the Patagonian Roasted Lamb<\/strong>, cooked over a wood fire. The lamb served is raised on the property in an organic manner. They graze on natural pastures and drink water from the mill.
